Thursday, 26 January 2012 11:25In keeping with the decisions of the Health Care Funding Challenge, the Ministry of Health and Human Services says plans are being made to open the Blue Hills Community Clinic in February.
We hope in future to provide additional services in line with the needs of the community. To this end, plans are in place to formulate Community Coalition Groups with all stakeholders, both public and private in order to provide a service which best fit the needs of the Blue Hills community, Campbell said.
As strengthening primary health care is one of the essential pillars of the Health Care Renewal Strategy, the MOHHS is committed to ensuring that the Blue Hills Community Clinic is opened and that primary health care is accessible to all persons living in the TCI.
